Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules. 2. Must have experience as a ServiceNow solution architect with training or certifications approved by ServiceNow. 3. Would be nice to have experience with ServiceNow HR Enterprise, ITBM, and GRC modules. 4. Must have ITIL background and/or certification. 5. Must have experience with ServiceNow FedRamp solution. 6. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. 7.
