Job Description Designer: IVR, JBoss, Java Beans, MQ Series Struts Websphere Storage Manag

Experis is looking for a -Systems Programmers (SPs) ensure performance and availability of enterprise Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems across distributed systems infrastructure technologies to meet business needs.
-SPs determine data recovery, maintenance, data integrity, space, and storage management requirements across platforms.
-SPs install and configure, as well as, perform problem determination and resolution for both system software and application software.
-They work with architects and technicians to support and maintain operations, including assembly of hardware, and managing integration to a variety of platforms.
-SPs are responsible for administration and support of platform specific OS (operating system) implementations.
-They ensure stable performance for FL Blue environments (e.g., RDBMS, teleprocessing, middleware, web, and application) through performance monitoring and tuning.
-They perform capacity planning to ensure systems maintenance and provide high-level support for BCBSF environments.
-SPs plan and implement software/hardware upgrades, ensuring that change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed.
-Responsible as privileged users to protect the confidentiality (Compliance, PHI, security, audit, HITECH,etc.), integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by their programs.
-Must have solid VXML and Java programming / debugging skills.
-Must have solid PC skills, utilizing standard desktop systems / applications such as Windows MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, etc.
-Must have solid proficiency with using command line functions and editors.
-Must have solid proficiency with developing and using Java web services (JBoss and WebSphere), integration with MQ series, CTI integration, 3rd party APIs, Enterprise Java Beans, Struts framework, Axis, and JaxB parsers.
-Must be able to configure and manage scheduled tasks within Windows 2003/2008 Server and SQL Server.
-Must have solid proficiency with operating system such as Windows 2003/2008.
