Responsible for implementing and installing new customers as well as supporting changes to existing clients. Business Description: Telephone Banking is a voice response system solution accessed with a touch-tone phone that delivers and easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain banking service that client customers can access at any time, from anywhere. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Working directly with the client, determine and clearly document all requirements for clients converting to the Hosted Telephone Banking product. 2. Based on client requirements, document the necessary call flows, scripts and related changes necessary to convert a client to the Hosted Telephone Banking product. Access the Convergys IVR platform and implement all defined changes. 3. Coordinate the transfer of ownership of any toll free services with the appropriate carriers for clients converting to Hosted Telephone Banking. 4. Train clients on the proper use of the Hosted Telephone Banking product. 5. Create and implement the necessary call flows, scripts and related changes for existing Hosted Telephone Banking clients who need to modify their existing configuration. Access the Convergys IVR platform and implement all defined changes. 6. Provide consultation to clients before, during and after their Hosted Telephone Banking conversion. 7. For projects with an assigned Conversion Manager, communicate progress and any potential problems to Conversion Project Manager. Look to eliminate, consolidate and improve the process wherever possible. 8. Provide ongoing Hosted Telephone Banking consultation and support for Cleartouch, Brookfield Premier, Lincoln, BCS Sales and Account Executives. Conduct demos and assist in the sales process, application review, solution installation, telephony requirements and provide support during scheduled testing. 9. Collect data and generate reports needed to properly invoice clients for Hosted Telephone Banking.
