This role will help maintain operations of a larger product inventory while engaging in additional projects to support the definition and prioritization of the project objectives that will maximize value internally and to their customers. Responsibilities: Will work closely with product manager to support product strategy and execution of project tasks within product portfolio. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sources to assess product health, track performance to KPIs and identify improvement opportunities where necessary. Analyze competition to identify market gaps and support research to identify customer needs Gathering product requirements, aligning them with business goals and expressing them in epic format Prioritize the implementation of features Performing quality assurance controls on digital products in support of product management procedures Support internal change management deliverables in support of product/channel releases Engage with frontline teams to review/update/develop training materials in support of product strategy and channel releases Support business validation testing of releases Qualifications: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
