Engage with client IT and business users for the selection, implementation and support of the SAP finance and CO business process which includes various Finance Controlling sub modules the following SAP modules. This role uses consulting skills, Manufacturing/Life Science business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: The Lead will facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI and CO processes, production break fix issues and maintenance/enhancement changes to ensure stable production environment and enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Trouble shooting FICO related system/process/user issues related to Design, configuration and Master and Transaction data and WRICEF objects. Design, configuration and testing, documentation, and training of relevant processes. Responsible primarily for providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on project deliverables and SAP solutions to the client. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all client and organizational standards. Coordinate with Offshore FI Lead and team for day today work stream operation activities and prioritize the work load as required. Manage the work-stream service management queues, SLA, backlogs for Incidents, Problem Management, and Service Tasks etc. Create daily and weekly operation status reports. Review and ensure the quality of work stream deliverable including the documentation, Incidents closure, Root Cause Analysis, Change process compliance .etc. Outside normal working hours provide on-call support for critical/high production related issues to support business. Coordinate with cross work stream and client teams as required. Qualifications: Total 7+ years of IT/SAP experience with Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, New GL functionality and Asset Accounting, Substitutions, Closing Cockpit, Cost center accounting, and Profit center Accounting, Internal Order & Closing activities. Have good knowledge of FSCM, IHC, Consolidation, Special purpose ledger, Inter-company Sales and Procurement, SOX, US GAAP, Various of Exits, background on the Technical and Functional upgrade, Report painter, Report writer etc. Must have at least 1 production support experience of global manufacturing client. Experience and knowledge in other integration modules (SD, MM, PP and Logistics). Knowledge on Interfaces (EDI/IDOCs) working knowledge.
