The SOA management work requires a strong understanding DataPower device management and operations, XML/SOAP service specification, service definitions and schemas as well as a strong knowledge of the XSLT language. The candidate will be expected to work closely with business and operation teams in support of Web service security controls and assist in troubleshooting where required. Candidate Requirements Candidates must be detailed oriented, extremely well organized, and have the ability and desire to accept the challenges of coordinating the work of an engineering-oriented team. Effective oral and written communication skills is required. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is highly deadline driven in order to meet aggressive business process requirements. Candidates must be flexible to work off hours and weekends, if needed to support the completion of security work. English language proficiency required. Candidates must possess high level skills in WebSphere DataPower device and service management, processing and implementations of security controls. Candidates must possess high level skills in middleware request processing and security controls including the Apache Web server, IIS Web Server, WebSphere Application Server (WAS), JBoss Application Server, IIS Application servers and IBM MQ Series. Highly experience and knowledgeable of IBM WebSphere DataPower security controls and operations to include standard Web Service Proxy process flows and policies and XSLT transforms Knowledge of network protocols, data flows, and vulnerabilities with an TCP/IP environment Solid understanding of information security, security policies, account security policies, and standards for logical and physical security implementations Knowledge of PCI and other industry compliance standard Provide strong technical guidance and recommendations to the Application Infrastructure Protection team. Consult with customers (internal and external) regarding information security requirements for existing and future business needs.
