Key Skills and Position Requirements 7+ years of software project management experience preferably on enterprise-level implementations in a management consulting organization. Grasp on Cloud-based tools, techniques, systems, and solutions required. Working knowledge and project management experience of Oracle suite including Oracle EBS Financials, Service Contracts, Install Base, Inventory, Order Management, Field Service Experience with managing both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies. Must have an ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership including C-level client stakeholders. Must have a solid understanding of foundational object-oriented programming and software development. Must have a strong working knowledge of software build and release management processes. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel and clients, both in verbal and written modes; able to pay close attention to detail. Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and experience mentoring resources. Must have the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple professional disciplines. (Business Analysts, Software Engineering, Systems Administrators, Database Administrator, and Designers) Must have the ability to multi-task, work with multiple clients at a time and effectively manage their individual needs during implementation cycles. Must have the ability (and preference!) to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment. Must have the ability to work independently with remote project teams and able to travel as needed (approximately 25%). Experience managing projects through SDLC using MS Project, Professional Services Management tools (FinancialForce, OpenAir, etc.) or similar technologies. SalesForce.com administration experience is a plus.
