Description: Technical Architect III (E-Commerce Technical Lead) – Job Description It is undertaking a multi-phased project to consolidate multiple e-commerce based regulatory products along with associated payment, receipting, cashiering, and reporting back-end platforms. ? 6 to 9 yrs. experience designing, implementing, and supporting eCommerce, Cashiering, Point of Sale, or Fiscal systems ? Drives engagement to understand customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies and vendor packages, and present solutions to all business and IT stakeholders ? Develops technical documentation and solution implementations by interacting with agency product owners and DFI technical team, payment providers, payment gateways, and third-party vendors ? Develops the architecture for a financial solution, working closely with DFI technical staff, Product Owners, Project Managers, IT Leadership, and external vendors ? Facilitates the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations ? Delivers the implementation of solutions within the product / product group and leads the integration strategy for cross-product group purposes ? Defines and documents the guidelines, standards, and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprises future-state architecture vision ? Engages with Tech Leads (internal and external), Product Managers, and IT Leadership to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture ? Review detailed design specifications to assure the integrity and accuracy of the specifications ? Analyze existing systems and modify as needed for improvements ? Code, test, and debug (or facilitate the coding, testing, and debugging of) complex computer systems, utilizing DFIs current development tools, in compliance with current development standards, procedures, and policies ? Working knowledge of systems design, architecture, development practices and principles ? Working knowledge of e-commerce/ financial applications ? Business Intelligence and reporting capabilities ? Preferred experience withcloud technologies specifically Azure Services ? Experience in integrating with payment gateways, processors, providers, and portals ? Experience in Integrating multiple applications, SaaS, cloud and on-prem ? Expert knowledge of .Net technologies including C# and ASP.NET MVC ?
