Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge. May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. May require a bachelors degree in a related area and 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • SOLICITS INPUT FROM STAFF AND MANAGEMENT IN THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, BUDGET AND FINANCE, AND PROCUREMENT DIVISIONS TO UNDERSTAND AND DOCUMENT CURRENT WORKFLOWS AND PROCESSES RELATED TO AGENCY CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PROJECTS. • ANALYZES CURRENT WORKFLOWS AND PROCESSES RELATED TO AGENCY CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PROJECTS, AND PRESENTS THEM TO AGENCY MANAGEMENT WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BUSINESS PROCESS REDESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT. • DEVELOPS PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS, FLOWCHARTS, SWIMLANE DIAGRAMS, AND OTHER VISUAL AIDS TO ASSIST IN THE PRESENTATION OF AS-IS AND TO-BE STATES TO MANAGEMENT. • WORKS WITH STAFF TO EVALUATE AND IMPROVE CURRENT PROCESSES, ESTABLISHING METRICS TO MEASURE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
