Designs, tests and implements voice communications solutions and/or plans and executes modifications to current systems. Plans and documents system upgrades and supports business and technology projects to deliver VoIP solutions. Serves as a high level technical resource on large scale voice and/or contact center environments for delivery or supporting resolution for technical or risk issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Team player with a desire to learn new technologies. Self-learner and self-motivated -Able to work with minimal supervision – Experience working with engineering and support teams in a highly collaborative manner. Projects may cross varied Avaya voice platforms, applications in the environment. Works closely with vendors and IT teams and provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, inclusive of significant risk(s) and issue(s) tracking, and communication at the team level Candidate must have experience and in-depth knowledge with Avaya Aura Enterprise VoIP PBX / Telephony environments implementation planning. Requirements: • Avaya Phone Systems Communication Manager 6.0 or above • 4+ years of experience - Avaya Aura Enterprise telephony infrastructures. • Basic knowledge of IT. • Communication skills – Professional and well spoken, confident in their knowledge and confident they can pick up new skills.
