Job Description :

Responsibilities:
? Facilitate interactive sessions with cross functional teams
? Capture and elaborate business requirements
? Document processes
? Advise the technical team on data compliance requirements
? Support development of data governance

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
? Minimum of seven (7) years experience in a technology field
? Subject matter expertise in Medicaid
? Facilitation of executive level resources
? Understanding of business processes in health and human services
? Understanding of privacy regulations and applying best practices in the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain
? Implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in the HHS space
? Experience working across multiple departments/programs to develop a 360-degree view of the patient
? Experience supporting data governance implementation or expansion
? Business process design in the HHS space
? Relational database interaction using SQL (or SQL-based tools)
? Requirements gathering, documentation and analysis
? Building Concept of Operations documents
? Contribute to the development of Technical Design documentation
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
? Minimum of ten (10) years experience in a technology field
? Expertise with application of Design Thinking
? Business rules formulation and externalization
? Identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance
? Understanding of modeling tools such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Unified Modeling Language (UML)
? Experience working with vulnerable populations
