Team is unique because in addition to the core insights and optimization of websites they have a structured reporting function, and data science team. Goals of this team are to identify the members who use their digital properties – they want to compare them to members just like them that dont use their digital properties and understand the differences in their offline behavior. Members typically call UHC – ask a bunch of questions… think they would be better served if they used the website. Team: Web Analytics & Web Optimization Team Tagging implementation team. Technical team that works with Product Groups – Teams doing feature development, product enhancements. Goal is to understand what they want to accomplish and learn so they collect the right information. Website gets tagged appropriately so they have the info on the back-end to do reporting and analysis Project: Need to do the following: Solidify, document & implement a standardized implementation approach for our authenticated portals (have ~35 feature releases scheduled for Q3 and others will emerge as we get closer). Also manage the two project team 2 analysts creating the insights support for our digital product teams to analyze user behavior and make optimization recommendations. Duties & Responsibilities: Leadership over the 2 project team analysts Provide documentation of current state and standardize the implementation of Adobe Right in the middle of re-thinking their overall implementation strategy – going from a leading practice custom tagging in Adobe Analytics to a standardized approach where they intend to tag everything. Feature development philosophy because their dev partners are more or less mature in Adobe the balance is reducing the overall reliance on their resources & get comprehensive tracking in place – they understand this is at odds with capturing specifically what you want tied to a business requirement that has be prioritized. This person will have to have a business orientation to understand how those tradeoffs happen and why this makes sense to them First week is jump in and assess how the tracking currently works – then have an opinion of strengths & weaknesses Week 2-3 Document and be able to illustrate the “From – To” strategy Have a bunch of tactical artifacts Have technical leads in place Have it mapped out on what they want to do Missing the strategy layer – or a narrative to take to leadership Then take the strategy and write BRDs and tech. specs on the implementation of feature releases Work with the analysts to write stories and produce insights (Delivery quality oversight) Background: Expert experience with Adobe Analytics (& Adobe Target to a lesser degree) implementation from multiple different environments Ideally have experience implementing in an authenticated web portal environment 8 – 10 years deep implementation experience Better yet – experience with implementing Adobe Analytics in a financial services environment Carrier Analytics Person Challenges: dontcom platform this team supports has multiple environments inside the authenticated space – has some complexity to it. Authenticated environment examples of complications: Some tactical working environment pieces – super user test accounts are challenging to get at (client).
