This position would be primarily on the Bloomsburg University campus, with visits and coverage at Lock Haven and Mansfield Universities as needed. Occasional remote work may be available. Duties- Identify and apply an appropriate structured, change management methodolgy and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the necessary integration changes. Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation, change resistance, change communication, technology transfer, end-user training management tactics. Integrate change management activities into project plan to include sponsor roadmap, stakeholders assessment, leadership alignment, change agents identification, coaching plan, training design/delivery, resource planning/acquisition, change readiness, capabilities transfer, and organizational transition. Support change management via training, coaching, consulting, and coordination actions at various organizational levels including senior leaders, managers, supervisors, front line employees, and constituted change work teams. Provide/develop change management plan metrics with measurable short and long-term goals, KPIs, transition objectives, and execute against an annual operational plan.
