The Administrator will take a lead role in advising on the creation enforcement of governance policies. The Administrator will work with the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) and its suppliers to develop MS Teams templates and request necessary functionality within the technologies. The Administrator will assist the end users in developing solutions that utilize Teams and SharePoint, and will develop, or assist the end users in developing, these solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The Administrator will provide first level support for Teams users at the agency. Basic Qualifications (minimum): • Significant experience with Microsoft SharePoint - including administration, installation, and configuration. • Experience with Microsoft Teams – including administration, installation, and configuration • Experience developing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Windows OS • Experience running small projects Duties will include: 1. Adding and removing user accounts 2. Providing some first level user support (understand this may require some training, depending on the application) 3. Overseeing governance compliance for the application (i.e., ensuring that the agencys policies are adhered to). 4. Acting as a primary point of contact for business users, vendors, and IT to coordinate support tickets and resolving other issues. 5.
