Description This position will be responsible for contributing to performance testing tools, systems, processes, and results in support of the Enterprise Performance Engineering group. Reporting to the QA Manager, this role will work closely with other engineering and operations leadership partners to participate in the execution of the teams goals and responsibilities. In addition, this role will directly contribute to the performance testing and engineering goals to deliver projects within the timeframes. Responsibilities: * Customize and configure Dyantrace OneAgent for application performance testing needs. * Create and maintain dashboards, custom views, custom metrics, reports, and alerts in the Dynatrace Dashboard Tool including views for specific workloads as identified for application performance testing * Lead development, support implementation, and tune processes for using Dynatrace OneAgent to analyze application performance testing. * Executes performance test projects with the support of the overall testing and quality goals of the organization. * Publish periodic production traffic patterns, review changes in traffic patterns and model workloads accordingly for testing and tuning * Monitor production applications for performance, assist in troubleshooting application performance issues, and produce ad hoc reports * Design and develop robust performance test scripts in Apache JMeter * Provide documentation of test results analysis and, monitoring with recommendations including potential opportunities for improving the existing problem remediation procedures * Evaluate and propose solutions for resolving system performance issues. * Provide guidance, informal training and recommendations regarding use of the Dynatrace OneAgent tool for application performance analysis * Responsible for training other team members about the tool * Leverage established best practices, standards, tools, and processes in workflow * Works closely with cross functional teams from internal departments REQUIRED SKILLS: * 2+ years of hands on experience with Dynatrace One agent. * 3+ years JMeter test scripting and execution for the protocols like Http/Http SOAP/XML, Beanshell, Java. * 2+ years development skills in Java/J2EE frameworks. * Experience on DevOps, Agile, Micro services, Angular JS * Jenkins, Maven, and Jmeter CI experience PLus. * Exposure to GIT/SVN and other source code management tools Desired Skills: * Experience in designing and implementing sophisticated data visualization strategies * Experience using appropriate dash-boarding technology such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics * Experience in performing application performance analysis using Dynatrace OneAgent * Experience in OneAgent installation and configuration for applications * Experienced in Test Design, performance diagnostics, performance architecture design, performance tuning, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and software development. * Experienced in creating Performance Engineering strategies, assessing and defining Non Functional Requirements, Designing Workload Model by analyzing production statistics * Strong JMeter expertise who can write custom code which will allow code reusability to avoid duplication using an efficient performance testing framework. * Communicates effectively and has the ability to influence others * Strong time management and organization skills * Current with industry tre   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
