Job Description Manager: CMS, MITA 3.0 State Self-Assessment, MITA 3.0 Standard, Federal Partners Project Manager Medicai

Description:

Designs plans, and coordinates work teams. Develops aproject charter, work plans, schedule and budgets. Provides support to project team members. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

In order to be compliant with Federal regulations from CMS the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare must perform a State Self-Assessment of the newly released MITA 3.0 standard and produce the Concept of Operations, State Self-Assessment and MITA Roadmap.

Required Skills:

1. Support the work of developing Idahos MITA 3.0 State Self-Assessment to ensure business needs and objectives of the Divisions of Welfare and Medicaid and the Department are met.
2. Participate in cross-Division planning and work alignment meetings.
3. Experience working with CMS and other federal partners.
4. Experience with MITA 3.0 standard and State Self-Assessment strategies.
5. Work with Project Managers to identify and document project concerns, risks and opportunities.
6. Assist Project Managers with status reporting.
7. Document project meetings as needed.
8. Determine time estimates and schedule for work.
