This will include Management efforts such as coordination and scheduling of end users and resources Technical efforts such as backup/restore of users personal data, validating or installing applications, troubleshooting migration or hardware issues Post support efforts such as assisting, helping or training end users on their new system Candidate will need to be extremely familiar with Windows 7 and Mac OSX operating systems, thoroughly understand and be familiar with deployment and data migration tools such as SCCM & USMT and capable of troubleshooting migration, application or data issues for end user systems or tools being utilized. Knowledge and Skills Required Experience with managing and supporting Mac and Microsoft Windows based systems in an enterprise environment Familiarity with deployment tools such as Microsoft SCCM OSD Familiarity with data migration tools such as Microsoft USMT Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policies and how they work Not required / nice to have: Familiarity with 1E products and tool sets Not require / nice to have: Familiarity with Parallels for Mac Management with SCCM Willingness to learn and to take on additional responsibilities Proven ability to work as part of a team Self-directed and proactive Positive can do attitude and the ability to adapt to change Effective time management skills Ability to develop logical and systematic approaches to setting priorities, developing project/action plans, communicating, coordinating resources and implementing project/action plans Skilled problem solver with a high level of sound logic and analytical ability where problems may be unusual or difficult.
