Must be Apple-Certified specialist and will be responsible for all hardware: device settings, images creation/deployment, security implementation Responsible for all Tier 3 requests related to Apple/iOS Devices. Applicant must have experience with in a corporate environment using Airwatch Mobile Device Management Solution. Develop, implement and maintain specific documentation for: - Device provisioning and management of Apple/iOS phones and ipads - Device Settings - Image Standards - Security Protocols - AirWatch MDM administration - Maintain device inventory with hard and electronic copies of equipment sign out sheets, as well as updating Access databases to track all equipment. - Work with Verizon Portal Liaisons to resolve internal equipment swaps and upgrades - Support devices across EOHHS with remote/onsite troubleshooting and timely resolution. QUALIFICATIONS: - Advanced knowledge and experience planning, evaluating, testing, and supporting Apple/iOS mobile devices (iPhone and iPad) is a must. Certifications: (Candidates without ALL 5 of the below Certificates will NOT be considered per our client) - AirWatch Mobile Enterprise Expert - Apple Certified Technical Coordinator - Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist - Apple Certified Desktop Technician - Apple Certified Portable Technican Other skills: - Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving incidents. - Ability to work well on collaborative, cross-functional teams - Solid interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people of all levels of information technology with a wide range of constituencies and organizational relationships requiring strong written and verbal communications skills. - Experience managing and maintaining a Mobile Device Management solution: specifically AirWatch - Perform all administrative tasks relating to staff personnel including: training and education of Apple/iOS devices - Able to maintain a professional demeanor under occasionally stressful situations with all personality types. - A background in technical IT roles such as operations or engineering, with a clear and abiding understanding of information technology. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent work experience.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
