Extensive experience with SSH, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS and AS2 protocols Extensive experience working on different platforms like Linux, AIX, and Windows Server Configure complex workflows utilizing scripting and logics for multi-tenant file exchange services Provide process governance across all file exchange ecosystem Provides trouble resolution on complex problems Serves as an escalation point for the most complex systems issues or resolutions Develops root cause analysis activities that resolve significant system issues. Provides advanced trouble resolution and serves as point of technical escalation on complex problems. Provides advanced technical guidance and leadership to the technical engineers within the organization. Represents major upgrades and business system replacements in change control. Develops reports supporting strategy and direction for management. Acts as a subject matter expert among peers, with manager and senior management. Serves as technical merger and acquisition lead as needed. Leads Level 3 and 4 incident recoveries May organize the efforts of other analysts as part of incident recovery Leads root cause analysis efforts. Provides MFT solution design approaches and guidelines End-to-end testing and coordination for internal and external applications Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects Good communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Very strong analytical and problem solving skills Technology certification are preferred Axway Central Governance (SG) experience is preferred but not required Qualifications and Education Requirements A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years working experience in the technologies and with the skills stated in the Roles and Responsibilities section. A qualified candidate will also have a Bachelors degree in the IT industry.
