Required Skills : * 8+ years of software development experience * 5+ years of Java (J2EE) Development experience including 3 years of experience developing sites for mobile devices and developing applications that interface with mobile device clients on various mobile platforms. * Experience on iOS and Android platforms is a must * Experience on Blackberry and Windows mobile platforms is a plus Java Certification is a plus. * Must be proficient in SDLC processes * Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including MS Project and Visio tools. * Must have good verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to communicate effectively with IT and business individuals and teams at all organizational levels. * Must be a self-directed and highly motivated with an ability to manage multiple priorities. * Must be a good team player. * Strong facilitation and presentation skills along with relationship building abilities eBusiness experience a major plus * Previous experience or knowledge of MetLife businesses / processes is a plus Skills: Category Name Required Experience Software Skills J2EE No 5+ Years Technical Skills Wireless/Mobile No 1-3 Years Additional Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JQuery   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
