Technical skills: Java, JSP, API, J2EE Design Patterns (DAO, MVC etc.), Ajax, XML, Web Services, Websphere, DB2 Job Details: • As a Senior J2EE Lead; design/implement/support & tune the workflow based system. Document the technical artifacts, maintain SLAs for the specific area, follow the SDLC & other established processes. Interact with other functional groups to resolve any production issues and provide/implement the suggestions for process improvements. Specific deliverables: • Review design with architect team, perform code review with tech team, document use & test cases, support system analyst and QA analyst during testing phase, support business and IT team during UAT and load testing phase. Mandatory 6-9 years Relative Exprience o J2EE Experience – Java Server Pages, Java Persistence API, Enterprise Java Beans 3 including Workflow Message Driven Beans o Experience architecting and delivering J2EE applications management solutions (Information/Application Architecture) Relational Database applications (Data (Information/Application Architecture) Web Based solutions using Java Server Pages, Servlets and AJAX Architecture) Solutions in a Service Oriented Architecture. o Experience tuning J2EE applications, Workflow applications, Web Based solutions both UI and Web Services o Experience with Some architectural patterns such as DAO, MVC, etc o Experience documenting solutions using UML o Experience evaluating and recommending improvements to Application, Data and Technical Architectures o Experience document current state and future state architectures and providing plan for moving the architecture forward o Good communications skills o Good leadership skills • Preferred o Experience with IBM Websphere 6.0 and greater o Experience with IBM Process Server 6.0 and greater o Experience with IBM HTTP Server and/or Apache HTTP Server o Experience with Savvion or equivalent workflow products o Experience with DB2 o Experience with IBM Enterprise Content Manager, native and web service based APIs o Experience with AIX 5.2 and greater • Good to Have o Experience with load/stress testing/benchmarking o AIX, Websphere and DB2 Tuning Experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
