Tasks and Responsibilities: * Excellent knowledge of programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions; possesses an excellent understanding of programming languages, development tools, and the current environment. * Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. * Works using SDLC process including Production Support activities including handling Incidents and Change requests in Service Now. * Should work independently with minimum supervision. * Will be responsible for developing and executing project development plans, as well as coordinating groups of IT staff. * Will need to be able to document technical design including charting and detailed specs. Required education/experience: * Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. * 4-6 plus years of IT work experience in systems programming / analysis * Typically experienced across multiple Information Technology areas and all system / applications software development. * Responsible for executing project development plans, as well as coordinating groups of IT staff. * Strong experience required in J2EE and Spring Framework solutions. * Prefer experience with MQ, multi-threading and other related technologies. * Should possess good communication skills and be able to articulate thoughts to a group of people, especially over the phone, since this project has a virtual team.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
