The incumbent is responsible for supporting an effort to install both TADDM and TUAM within ITD before Fiscal Year end on June 30th, 2012 and ensure these systems adhere to established business processes and integrate with previously installed Tivoli Service Request Management (TSRM) system. In addition, the incumbent will exercise independent judgment in interpretation and/or development of new guidelines and procedures. Roles : * Participate in infrastructure solution design and reviews using ITD design process and industry best practices to support the addition of enhanced functionality and customers. * Configure TADDM and TUAM where necessary to meet business objectives * Participate in design walk-throughs for review and sign off. * Collaborate with stake-holders to conduct and demonstrate proof-of-concepts for new products and architectures. * Perform capacity planning analysis, define requirements and assist in engineering solutions in order to provide cost-effective alternatives and to scale TADDM, TUAM and TSRM to support actual and anticipated usage patterns. * Responsible to stay engaged with multiple projects and provide architectural/design oversight for IT consolidation projects. * Support TADDM and TUAM to ensure system availability, performance and recovery objectives are consistently met. Required Skills : * Demonstrated proficiency with installation and configuration of IBM Tivoli (Maximo) Asset Management /Chargeback product line including a combination of: * Tivoli Asset Management for IT (TAMIT) * Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (TADDM) * Tivoli Usage and Accounting Manager (TUAM) * Tivoli Asset Discovery for Distributed (TAD4D) * IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM) * Demonstrated experience implementing IBM Tivoli (Maximo) Asset Management or 3+ year current experience within IBM Service Management Solutions * Experience with Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager * Experience with Integration Composer * Experience with Data migrations and integrations with external systems * CMDB design and or implementation preferred * Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization * Experience with supporting WebSphere on Windows preferred * Knowledge of J2EE Application Standards preferred * Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Standards preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
