Communicate the status of development progress . Mentor junior staff Required Skills: . Oracle PL/SQL . Oracle APEX - Application Express . Web development experience: HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON . Strong JavaScript experience, JS framework like ExtJS. . Java design and development (J2EE, XML, XSLT, JMS, JDBC, Struts, Spring or similar) . Exposure to XML, XSLT, XSD experience using JAVA libraries . Experience with test driven development (using JUNIT, JMETER, or similar) . Experience with Web Services / SOA environment . Linux shell scripting . Experience with Linux OS / UNIX OS Desired Skills . Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology . Experience in a continuous build environment (ANT/MAVEN) . Tibco active matrix . Health Insurance experience . Drools . Experience with an application server such as JBoss . Java IDE (preferred is Eclipse) . Spring . Apache, Apache Tomcat Application Server .
