Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Provided web application development for at least two (2) full SDLC implementations as a hands-on developer/architect Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required Experience working within a matrix environment. Education: A masters degree in computer science from an accredited college or A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of experience as described above; or BA degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field from a recognized college or university (required) and six years of experience as described above.
