Description:

Client is seeking to fill a short term contractor assignment for a Curam Developer contractor to assist with the development and implementation of (NC FAST). This project uses the C?ram Business Application Suite.

Required Skills:

* Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL)
* Minimum three (3) years of social enterprise management experience
* Experience as a C?ram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing
* Experience in development with both the C?ram Enterprise Framework and C?ram Solution Modules
* Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues
* Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users
* Ability to create and write technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency, independently identify options
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures
* Work independently and perform job with minimal supervision
* Experience using the C?ram Enterprise Framework Components, C?ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), C?ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), C?ram Health Care Reform, Oracle, and Subversion

Desired Skills:

Highly Preferred:
* C?ram V6 Certified Developer
* Experience with database platforms and tools (Oracle ODI, and OWB)
* Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere
* Experience with North Carolina DHHS IT Functions
