Duties & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis to analyze information needs, functional requirements, and deliver artifacts as needed. • Employ multiple elicitation techniques including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, interviews, and existing artifacts to solicit business and functional requirements. • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, functionality, and performance needs. • Coordinate business analysis tasks and resources across multiple, simultaneous projects. • Participate when requested at the direction of the Business Process Manager in other initiatives or interactions, including: o Business Process Modeling sessions o Preliminary investigations for project requests, including review of requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans o Business Process Management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group • Incorporate lessons learned to identify opportunities for knowledge sharing, socialize artifacts for re-use, and support continuous improvement activities. Qualification Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline. • Familiarity with Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) fundamentals and methodologies. Working or attainment of CBAP preferred. • Experience in health care business or related field, plus 5-7 years progressive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in health care. • Robotic Process Automation experience highly preferred with one of the market leadin tools - Pega RPA (OpenSpan), BluePrism, Automation Anywhere or UiPath. • Working knowledge of SQL and XML (preferred). • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects. • Strong UML and Process Modeling skills. • Experience working with test plans and test cases. • Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments. • Able to work independently, with strong organizational skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
