Participate in JAD sessions to assist in the preparation of use cases and other design deliverables. Provide J2EE, WebSphere, JBoss Enterprise Application Server, web services, Oracle, IBM MQ, FileNet, and Unisys Mainframe integration application development expertise. Provide software configuration management for Java applications, with such utilities as Hudson, ANT, Maven, Jenkins and SVN. Participate in JAD sessions to assist in the preparation of use cases and other design deliverables. Interpret use case requirements, seek clarification from BAs as needed and estimate, propose, prototype, and develop solutions that integrate within the existing ECM technology stack where required, but are improvements and in line with ITS future direction when required. Provide technical documentation, solution prototypes, conduct demonstrations of work in progress and completed work to business subject matter experts and other technical staff. Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required Provide troubleshooting and end-user support and problem resolution Mandatory Qualifications: Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. 60-84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 60 months experience with writing Java application software for data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, and standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems. 60 months development experience in the document/ content management systems. (for example filenet.) 60 months experience with application standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems. 60 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications to resolve business problems. 48 months performing testing and implementation, and preparing technical and user documentation for software conversions. 60 or more months of experience working with and implementing Spring Framework.
