The Middleware Compliance and Patching team is responsible for continuous patching, and baseline compliance on thousands of Application and Web instances every quarter. Qualifications Must be comfortable leading several technical and business teams through the change management process and tracking results. Acts as a liaison between disparate business and technical teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems as it relates to technical systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and processes that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with technical support teams and business groups to analyze metrics and/or create metrics when not present. Must be comfortable working with technical data and turning that data into usable information, via reports and presentations. Must be able to modify existing reports for different audiences. This person must have excellent comprehension, communication and documentation skills. Must have hands-on experience with JBOSS Must have hands on experience with Linux OS Must have experience supporting an enterprise Background in security/compliance preferred May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
