The work will entail administration of Documentum environments, installing and supporting regional Captiva scanning centers, execution of data migration,as well as resolving production issues, performing data remediation and interacting with the infrastructure providers. This individual will be responsible for configuration management and reviewing and editing pertinent documentation to ensure high quality documents are produced and maintained. Duties & Responsibilities • Plan and execute major Documentum projects that include version upgrades, taxonomy migrations, and D2 client applications • Perform routine maintenance and support for Documentum products including content server, D2, Captiva, DA, etc • Participate in applicable SDLC milestone events • Ensure CM practices are followed • Ensure proper documentation is maintained • Provide technical support and improvement to the ECMS Documentum environment. • Perform 24/7 on-call support in rotation Required Skills • Strong Documentum administration experience including software installation • Experience with D2 and one or more of the following xCP, xPlore, CenterStage, ADTS • Experience with Captiva / InputAccel • Oracle experience • Unix/Linux and Windows system administration skills • JBoss experience • Production support experience • Strong oral and communication skills • Ability to work independently Desired Skills • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Java, DFC • Records management experience • Knowledge of GSA FAS OCIO applications • EMC Documentum certification • VM experience • SOA Knowledge • Project management or technical leadership experience • Documentum upgrade experience • Disaster Recovery/Fail over experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
