They should understand concept around sessions and programming, how a disconnected or decomposed architectures work, etc. Need to have experience with middleware messaging, even if they dont have solace since solace is a niche technology. Having knowledge with solace is a plus Ability to view endpoints, persistence of messaging, know how to process and configure things on an application then they would consider this type of resource.
