He/she applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications. Duties: * Design and implementation of analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology * Development of technical design documents (specifications) based on functional design documents (business requirements) * Design and develop applications based on technical/functional design documents. Includes hands on involvement in designing, coding and testing of program modules * Assess and resolve non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative Experience required: -2+ years utilizing TIBCO experience including Depth of Knowledge on TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, RV, ADB, TRA, File adapter -Performing configuration activities such as EMS or JMS, XML parser (mapping), File Adapter activities, JDBC, Shared configuration Resources, FTP, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL) and general Activities in the Business Process Design wor -Creation of JMS objects and EAR files and deploying them into TIBCO Admin Server (Windows) -Should have hands on experience in creating and using webservices -Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value -Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team -Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment *Prospective candidates must be eligible to work in the US (US Citizen/Green Card preferred) and pass a rigorous criminal and financial background check.*   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
