This involves the use of a suite of software tools to view and diagnose an applications speed, reliability, and other performance metrics in order to maintain an optimal level of service. This will include performance testing, synthetic monitoring, real-user monitoring,and root-cause analysis for performance and availability. Responsibilities will include coordination of development, implementation, and on-going analysis of application monitoring. This position will provide recommendations for process improvements, application efficiencies, and optimization of resources. Responsible for creating, generating, and distributing reports and other metrics used to manage operations. This position requires effective communication with both technical and nontechnical users to explain IT solutions. This position is responsible for leading the testing and troubleshooting for new applications and complicated legacy application changes. This involves system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and post deployment verification planning.
