The Consultant must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Consultant should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The PAQ response must include a firm, fixed price for each payment milestone and a draft project plan that presents a timeline; and required OA-ITSD, DPS resources. The Final Project Plan should be completed within two weeks of mutually signed PAQ. The scope of this project must include: Current Process Reports Business Requirements Documentation Workflow Diagrams Reports List Development and Implementation Plan This will be a new component that interfaces all modules into a single user application. Development will be built on top of the existing Excise Tax ePay system. The module will receive data as well as display data from the multiple modules identified above. As a high-level requirement, the module must provide dynamic querying capabilities. The module must allow specific users the ability to update customer data and correlating data as determined during requirements gathering. This must serve as the core interface to the application for a centralized data repository. The solution must be compatible with existing office and field equipment. The solution will utilize the current CSS standards identified and approved by ITSD. The solution must provide forward compatibility replacing all of the modules identified above. Many of the modules/processes gather similar and overlapping data so database tables will be developed in accordance to normalization standards.
