Day to day: Set up and deploy and code emails end to end in salesforce Support email primarily, but also have push program and this person would help support with that too 1-2 push a week, so email would be main portion Some campaigns are larger than others A couple email campaigns a week typically that theyd be working on, but start doing things ahead of time. Ex: 2 this week, but have 3 at a time so youre set up for next week. Emails are much longer campaigns than push Push is the copy and targeting Set up push notifications Use airship for push but you can also deploy using salesforce Also will help develop new data driven campaigns Have triggered or data driven programs too. Would like this person to help set those up. Experience: Experience with SQL would be great, to help pull segments—wouldnt expect it to be super complicated, just need to be able to use it to query Data is inside salesforce but sometimes need to match and pull elements Work with production and operations to make sure being efficient Marketers on the team, so the skillset is there, this person would need to be more of the salesforce/email expert If they have a lot of experience writing and coding emails in the system, thats great Would like them to have experience with email production QA front to end process that is inherent in running these email campaigns There are studios within SFMC: Need to have email studio and automation studio, if they have journey studio thats a plus Ecommerce/retail experience would be a great to have, knowing the velocity from retail is a lot more intensive Basic Qualifications : Additional Skills : Job Description : Email/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in email (and push) production, preferably working for an e-Commerce organization and leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution. He/She should exhibit excellent technical and communication skills, and thrive on managing production-oriented tasks. Job description: • Manage production of multiple email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). o Campaign coding using HTML/CSS/Ampscript o A/B or multivariate tests and campaign versioning o Dynamic and/or personalized module insertions o Email QA for content and rendering across email clients and mobile devices o Set up email creative for internal team QA and approval o Handle change requests quickly and efficiently o Schedule deployment and complete post-deployment checks • Manage campaign set up to deployment for Push notification leveraging Airship and SFMC • Develop new data-driven campaigns, and personalization initiatives leveraging SFMC • Pull and help define complex segments queries via SQL • Partner and collaborate with other members of the production/operations team to ensure knowledge sharing and process efficiencies Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in support of an email marketing program (particularly Email Studio and Automation Studio; Journey Builder a plus) • 2+ years of experience with responsive HTML email development • 2+ years scripting experience via Javascript (front-end or server-side), Ampscript, or similar language to generate/manipulate   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
