This is for 3 resources.

This project may extend:
This project will go until June 30, 2018 but we expect that the project may run Until June 30, 2020 with a similar yearly project cost. Extensions depend on if funding is acquired and continued use of the current system.

This position is for a Senior Level Java Developer focusing on Enterprise Systems Development involving multiple technologies such as: CURAM Framework, Websphere, Spring/Hibernate; REST API development; DB2, and Mongo DB.

This is an onsite position located in Salt Lake City, Utah. (NO REMOTE WORK. ZERO REMOTE WORK. ALL WORK ON SITE)

Successfully Pass the State of Utah, Department of Technology Services Background investigation including finger printing and drug testing.

+ Bids are due on or before Friday the 10th @ 5:00PM MST (Utah Time)
+ Resources with the legal right to work in the US will be considered and can be submitted. (IE Greencard or H1B visa holder)
+ Local candidates preferred but non local will be considered if they are willing to relocate to SLC, at their own expense.
+ A qualified bid will include your bid rate, a fully completed MMR, (Download the MMR located in attachments below) the
resources resume and validation of your RTR. (This can be a screenshot of an email from your resource giving you the
exclusive right to represent them for Posting ID 49773 Sr. Java Developer - State of Utah DWS.)
+ If a bid is missing the resume, RTR and/or a fully completed MMR, that bid may be rejected for being incomplete.
+ Successful vendors in this program have a good practice of utilizing the vendor comments. They dont just cut and past the
resume of the resources qualifications but they enter clear and simple answers to potential question that a manager may have.

interviews but when they heard about working in a Utah Government agency, their Government experience, plus she use to
live here and want to move back to SLC to be with family and skiing. Qualified, resume should discuss qualifications but here
you might want to point out the things other Java devs might not have...that would sell your resource. I think you will find his
curam and Vaadin experience helpful. He developed these skills while assigned at [company]

Scoring Criteria for managers to rate your bids:

20% - Experience developing Enterprise Applications using Websphere, JBoss, DB2, Oracle, and DROOLS, SQL Workbench, Jenkins, Maven, ClearCase/ClearQuest, and GIT/JIRA

15% - Quality of Experience 5 yrs developing and deploying to production SOAP & REST based APIs

15% - Experience with Vaadin UI creation, particularly where Vaadin screens have been converted from other screen definition.
Experience managing a number of Vaadin screens using templates and standards. Experience with other AJAX
frameworks in a plus, as well as knowledge of underlying technologies such as SCSS, JSON, etc. Also, experience using
Vaadin in the Eclipse IDE.

20% - Experience with an eligibility and enrollment system, particularly utilizing CURAM framework.

30% - Cost
