Job Description :

Our client, a Fortune 100 Health Insurer is looking for a Java Developer to help support and develop external facing applications.



**Candidates must be able to work directly on W2**


Responsibilities:

Reviewing and sizing user stories, making programming updates to meet business requirements (user story) documentation, unit testing of code, defect fixes, performance test support, etc.

Tools and Skills

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years Java Programming experience
JSP, Javascript, JQuery, Oracle, Struts or Spring frameworks, Eclipse

Java programmer, experience with Spring and Struts framework a major plus.
Experience with JSP and JavaScript. Experience with JQuery a plus.


Additional Skills:

Experience with Oracle databases a plus.
Experience with Eclipse and IBM Rational Application Developer or JBoss Development IDEs a plus.

IBM Websphere App Server, Dev Ops / CI/CD experience, Jenkins, Chef, Packer, Docker, Openshift, XL Deploy, DB2 database, MySQL database
