CCSSP hosts multiple applications that are customer and internal agent facing using a wide variety of new J2EE technologies. This platform is fast growing horizontally and vertically with new applications getting added and rich set of features getting added to existing applications. This role requires a unique combination of skills and passion for our customers, with deep knowledge of the business and technical domains. The role also requires analytical and communication skills enabling the resource to work collaboratively with the business across technical and business domains to help come up with the best solution to meet their needs. The person in this role - Is a key driver in positioning the CCSSP platform to support strategic business initiatives and will act as a as a platform Subject matter Expert(SME) for the most complex applications and/or application initiatives - Will lead and provide technology directions, process guidance to other technical leads in the platform - Will be the subject matter expert responsible for understanding and retaining knowledge on end to end implementation, functionality, technologies and external dependencies for various applications - Will work with architecture and other technology teams in coming up with the design and technologies to be used for different applications and big project initiatives - Research and do Proof Of Concepts(PoCs) on new and cutting edge technologies and determine how these technologies can be leveraged to meet complex business needs - Will be representing the platform on major architecture & design discussions, complex project discussions and providing inputs and solutions to complex business usecases Minimum qualifications - Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in developing Web applications using J2EE technologies JAVA, Servlets, JSP, XML, web services, JMS. - Minimum of 4 years demonstrated experience in the areas of Analysis, Design, creating UML artifacts, design patterns - Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical specifications - Demonstrated as a strong team player with excellent analytical, consultative, coaching and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated Object Oriented Analysis and Design Experience using tools like Enterprise Architect or Rational Rose etc. - Demonstrated Experience in Spring Framework and Mobile Development - Good knowledge of design patterns - Demonstrated Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and other front end technologies. - Has worked as a Technical lead in a large scale, enterprise IT Development environment - Either prior familiarity or ability to quickly learn banking processes, and support of banking products - Ability to think strategically about technical direction, engineering practices and business practices J2EE Developer (Mid-Level) - Contract to Hire The Digital Channels Technology - Cross Channel Sales & Service platform(CCSSP) development group is looking for highly motivated and creative individuals.
