Standard Role / Level: Test Automation Developer Project Scope and Brief Description: (i.e. Connex, Encirca) Corteva Agriscience™, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont, would like to engage a QA Automated Test Analyst to help ensure data quality for the Connex project teams. This particular position will be an automated test analyst assigned to one of the Connex teams. Responsibilities: Skills / Experience: Corteva Agriscience™, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont, would like to engage a test automation developer to test the projects under the Connex program. This individual resource will be expected to work in a Scrum environment taking direction from the Automation Tech Lead and the QA Project Lead. This role is expected to build test scripts that will automate end to end regression tests. The ideal candidate would have experience in an Agile work environment and work well with all members of the team. Responsibilities include: Work with team to define and identify appropriate test scenarios Ensure all work complies with coding and testing standards Design, document, develop and execute automation scripts Work with the QA Automation Tech Lead, QA Project Leads, QA Testers and Developers to develop testable acceptance criteria for each user story Provide assistance in the development of an automated regression test bed Work with team to ensure levels of code coverage Projects work time estimates for the software test schedule, including Pointing sessions Works within established automated test process and standards, make recommended improvements Monitors compliance to test standards and processes and communicate suggested modifications to test leadership Designs, documents, develops and executes automation test scripts Analyzes, documents, and reports test results Coaches and mentors team members in test automation and QA practices Manages automation test environment and infrastructure Works with Test Automation Lead to establish a test automation plan Gathers metrics for measurement of software development processes Assesses associated risks of system architecture and technical implementation Agile/Scrum experience preferred – working collaboratively, within sprints Experience writing automation scripts using an object-oriented programming language Participates in identification of system and process efficiencies The skills expected are: Required Ability to work within a team environment Good communication skills (written and verbal) Experience using Node.js / JavaScript Understanding of asynchronous programming, using promises, and error handling Excellent organization and ability to write clean code Demonstrates a hard-working and enthusiastic attitude Experience with testing code written in Angular JS Works well in an Agile (Scrum) environment Experience with automated functional testing Proficient at problem-solving Preferred: Unit testing experience with Jasmine, NUnit and MSTest Experience working with data services Experience with Selenium/Protractor and TypeScript Experience (in   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
