The Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer should be highly skilled, always looking to learn new tools and technologies. This individual must be detail oriented and possesses sharp troubleshooting skills; someone who is eager to break/fix software quickly. Responsibilities: •Experience of and ability to design and execute effective functional tests. •Experience identifying the genesis of a defect, using de-bugging tools (e.g. Firebug or rdebug), analyzing stack traces, code, log-files and other artifacts •Experience writing good quality object-oriented code for testing purposes using C# •Expert in using at least one test automation tool such as Cucumber, QTP or Selenium. •Knowledge of HTML, CSS, HTTP, JavaScript, XML, AJAX •Understanding of databases and services including the ability to programmatically interact with data formats that may include XML and JSON •Significant experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver software development projects. Broad understanding of agile development practices. •Working knowledge of version control systems to ensure version control of test/development artifacts. Knowledge in TFS is great plus. •Solid experience with scripting languages. •Driven to be extremely technical •Must be thoroughly familiar with SQL Databases, SQL structures and writing complex queries Candidates must have: *EXPERT level with an automation testing tool (QTP or Selenium or Mercury etc.) *Expert in a programing language (Java, C#, VB.NET, Visual Studio) *Experience with complex SQL Queries Desirable Skills and Experience: •Working experience with the testing tools in Visual Studio Ultimate •Working experience with QTP •Experience creating mock objects and stubs in any programming languages using tools such as RSpec, Mockito, JMock, Rhino Education: •B.S. in computer science, engineering, information systems or higher is a mus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
