Here are the details: Position: Incentive Compensation Developer Location: Merrimack, NH Rate: negotiable depending on experience Duration: 8+ month contract Role We are looking for a proactive & experienced Incentive Compensation Developer to join the Sales Support & Compensation (SS&C) team in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The successful candidate will work on our Lost In Scrum agile squad, primarily focused on supporting and implementing comp plans/reports/workflows on our CallidusCloud ICM platform. Our ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the incentive compensation space and, ideally, the Callidus platform. We are looking for someone who is technically proficient and able to work across Callidus as well as other systems that comprise our E2E comp platform. Beyond technical proficiency, key attributes required include a can do attitude, flexibility in working across a range of systems & technologies, and a passion for compensation. Note that we are open to hiring a less senior and experienced candidate if the fit is right! Must Haves Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar 5+ years hands on experience working in the compensation space Minimum 3 years experience working on a modern incentive compensation platform like CallidusCloud Proven experience implementing complex compensation plans and reports Proven experience working with data interfaces and databases Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong understanding of software development lifecycle & CI/CD Experience working in an agile, SCRUM process Ability and desire to learn new technical skill sets quickly Willingness to join production support rotation Nice to Haves Experience with Callidus platform specifically Experience working with Callidus reports and workflows Experience with complex Callidus stagehook customizations Fidelity experience – Investor Center or Regional Center Exposure to SAP HANA Proficient in Java API development Good understanding of cloud landscape, ideally in relation to AWS Rules development using Drools, IBM ODM, or equivalent   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
