Java CI/CD REST GitHub Jenkins CDA Jira SCRUM Agile Backlog Management Tool Developer   Requirement id 104514 Job title Developer Job location in Chicago, IL Skills required Java, CI/CD, REST, GitHub Jenkins CDA Jira SCRUM Agile Back Open Date 06-Mar-2020 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 1 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Developer: Java, CI/CD, REST, GitHub Jenkins CDA Jira SCRUM Agile Back Candidate must be local : Yes Job Description : It is the Nations 2nd largest Technical Staffing and Services Firm, has an opening for a Application Developer with the fifth-largest wireless telecommunications network company location in Chicago (Rosemont), IL Job Description: • Help define best practices at enterprise level for integration using Fuse / Camel • Support and partner on strategic direction for Fuse implementation • Provide training and teach-back to Service Integration team on Fuse and Camel topics including knowledge transfers, the creation of documentation using existing document space (SharePoint, Confluence), or design reviews. • Will work on Device Unlock/Lock project specifically, but will also support other Fuse integration needs such as the development of reusable frameworks and templates that can by the Service Integration team • Support the creation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and OpenShift • Support creation and configuration of OpenShift projects • Support the implementation of other tools within the CI/CD pipeline such as JFrog Artifactory, Veracode, and Sonarqube • Collaborates with other groups within CLIENT to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Fuse services. • AAA (Authentication and Authorization) support (through DataPower and OpenShift) For 3PV Team Responsibilities: Development: • Develop four Fuse services required for internal and external application integration • Develop and document best practices for error handling and logging; define a repeatable framework for future Fuse services • Work as part of a team of a lead developer and other vendors and internal CLIENT associates to design, develop, test, and deploy the developed Fuse services • Work closely with a CLIENT Lead Developer and Service Integration manager on prioritizing development • Develop ad-hoc libraries and other supporting tools as needed to support Fuse development (Encryption, logging services like Log4J, etc) • Support other Fuse development needs as requested by the lead developer or Service Integration Manager • Create and develop supporting CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with CLIENT Tools Team. • Implement and configure required OpenShift environments (Dev, Test, Production) • Will be responsible for designing and developing integration services containing multiple operations using Fuse and Camel. • Participate in project estimation exercises. • Participate and lead design review sessions for proposed solutions. • Perform unit, system and integration testing and participate in capacity / performance testing of the developed services • Identify issues and troubleshoot services as required during design, testing, and post-deployment stages. • Participate in root cause analysis and resolution as directed. • Provide off hours support as required. • Must be on-site Business Partnership: • As appropriate, participate in project planning sessions with Service Integration team, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts in order to analyze business / technology requirements and outline the proposed technology solution. • Establish working relationships with business and application development project team members. People Management: • Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed upon project milestones. • Coach / mentor other team members as appropriate. • Teach Fuse and Camel best practices back to Service Integration team through in-person training sessions, how-to guides, and other documented training materials (SharePoint document, Confluence Wiki) • Demonstrate ability to work in team environment and collaboratively solve issues • Communicate status / risks to manager regarding delivering solution on time <   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
