Secondary Role: • Manage the day to day Configuration Management tasks with the internal Internet Services group. • Coordinate implementation activities, integration test activities, and manage progression of code releases from development through production. Requirements: • At least 7+ years combined experience in enterprise level and web based application design/development, implementation and production support. • 3+ years Java development experience. • 4+ years of Enterprise Java experience and J2EE Web Application development experience including STRUTS. • 2 years of architecture experience designing and implementing J2EE systems. • 1-2 years of experience using Web services, SOAP and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). . • 2 years of experience with WebSphere Application Server. • Hands-on experience in Databases, and SQL (UDB DB2) development and Hibernate technology. • Expert ability to identify and analyze requirements, to design, develop and support effective, high-quality solutions. **Candidate must have at least seven years total IT experience and 4-5 years of practical experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Java (J2EE) applications (JSP, Servlets, and EJBs), Web Services and XML and STRUTS. 1-2 years of experience with WebSphere Middleware is also required. Demonstrated experience in object-oriented software design including the modeling of object hierarchies, behaviors, class structures and method.
