Job Description Developer: Java, JMS, MVC, SOAP Oracle MY SQL

Client s looking for Java Developer w/ .Net Experience for a contract position with one of our leading Financial/Banking Clients in Newark, DE.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Developers should have 5-7 years of experience.
-Heavy Java experience (Spring, MyBatis/iBatis, Hibernate or other ORM technologies, JMS, JUnit, DbUnit)
-Web development experience (JavaScript, CSS, MVC frameworks)
Integration technology experience in SOAP and REST based services and message queuing
-Tools exposure to Eclipse, IntelliJ or JDeveloper; Subversion and continuous integration tools like Hudson or CruiseControl; Maven
Database familiarity on relational, SQL based platforms (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
-Operating system knowledge in Linux or Unix (Solaris, AIX), including experience with shell scripting
-Methodological exposure to agile practices like Scrum, unit testing and test-driven development, pair programming, continuous integration
-Soft skills, such as an ability to work with subject matter experts to elaborate a design
-Teams will be assigned application target state technology refresh and application gap development projects.
-Job requirements will focus on documenting and building a repeatable application build and deploy model and process for this new system.
-Resources will be assigned to an application team to learn, document and build an application build and deploy process for setting up the application across a development, Integrate System Test, User Acceptance Test, Production and DR and Performance environments.
-Teams will also be responsible for learning and documenting the daily operational support model and application support guides for the Mortgage Express Applications.
-Responsibilities will include the daily monitoring, supporting and triage of various environments.
