Principal Duties and Responsibilities: They will conduct project management activities delegated to them as well as run with some key initiatives to help expand token readiness in the region. This position will provide key contributions to the optimization efforts with existing clients that have already implemented a tokenization use case, with the objective of monitoring and providing actionable plans to improve authorization and provisioning rates. In addition to the above, this role will also be responsible for the maintenance and actualization of all documentation and process related to Visa Token Service, with the intention of consolidating information in one single point, allowing ease of access to other team members and a cleaner, up-to-date repository. Will generate key and fundamental, creative dashboards that represent the current state of each of the markets in LAC in terms of Visa Token Service Readiness. Will evaluate current internal process in order to point out opportunities for improvements. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams in LAC and other regions in order to learn, discuss, share experiences with token projects in order to document lessons learned and provide insightful and valuable information to our products team. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional projects and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities Data mining and management, developing and implementing analytics solutions, and generating reports in an effort to improve their clients performance and achieve their business objectives Build and develop data models, reporting process, dashboards, performance metrics that support business decisions Develop and implement internal processes, quality controls and team standards to ensure quality and organizational expectations Support Visa Token Service (VTS) commercial rollouts - Work in conjunction with regional and global staff to strategize and plan VTS rollout activities Work with team members to leverage learnings from projects across the world - Responsible to advice and guide clients (Issuers, merchants, and 3rd party wallet providers) on VTS integration options and act as a technical SME for VTS integrations by being able to understand the platform in its entirety, from overall architecture to the nuances of individual messaging protocols Responsible to advice and educate internal stakeholders in the region on VTS integration options/features Provide product guidance to client support and development staff configuring issuer interfaces into the VTS Provide pre-sales technical integration support for the Visa Digital Solutions SDK and VTS token requestor APIs through the Visa Developer Center Provide on-field first level technical support for VTS integrations and other Visa Digital products Maintain client satisfaction by supporting engagements resulting in successful go-lives - Support the on boarding process for VTS clients and work with regional teams ensuring that sales team are accurately & suitably supported resulting in successfully closed deals Contribute to developing internal and external product documentation including product and technical integration guides in support of VTS integrations Work in conjunction with regional staff with regards to supporting VTS client integrations and other Digital Products - Recommend improv   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
