The Product Operations Engineer is responsible for performing the Production Defect Triage, Production Break fixes & Data Fixes, DevOps activities - CI/CD & automation of code pipelines, environmental builds - code deployment, environment support and monitoring, participate in release management activities, participate in vendor relationship management activities - internal and external, asset consolidation and management activities, Product defect fixes and product lifecycle management - including the software, hardware & COTS upgrades as part of the product operations team. The successful candidate will be a leader who develops and supports a learning organization model through coaching, training, and mentorship. The successful candidate will be one that can adapt as necessary for unintended consequences of this change initiative and one that understands the value of commitments to delivery & SLA compliance made by product operations team. Candidate will work in a team environment and is expected to work on both tactical and strategic assignments. Since the team is in its adoption of operations principles there is still a fair amount of manual maintenance work. Candidates are expected to handle the manual work while figuring out how to automate it and involve in finalizing the best practices. Required Qualifications: * 6 years of IT experience on MEAN stack - Mongo DB, Angular and Node JS * Support experience with troubleshooting in key technologies (Java, PL/SQL). * Experience in tenant cloning activities especially involvement of preparation of PL/SQL scripts * Experience in performing the code analysis and inspection of logs. * Experience in OpenShift Enterprise deployments (YAML) OR Docker scripting, python (optional) and bash scripting. * 3 - 4 years of continuous integration experience (for example tools like Jenkins) with knowledge on groovy scripting. Knowledge should be relevant to have the ability to modify pipeline and create a new one for new tenant. * Experience with programmatic interaction with database - MySQL, Oracle, SQL server, preferably a Dynatrace configuration and Splunk to query the indexes. * Exposure to F5 Network Load balancing configurations. * Reporting experience - Tableau & SSIS package * Documentation experience to document the key processes Preferred Qualifications: * Amazon Web Services or Azure * Git (contributions on Github++) * Scripted environments experience * Configuration as code experience * Infrastructure experience * Operations experience * Database change automation experience * Real-time automated metrics and reporting experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
