Description:


Health Insurance Regulation Data Handling Support. This focusses on ability to ingest data and process it for business use. The vendor would need business knowledge to be able to anticipate business needs in a rapidly changing environment.
Vendor needs to be able to understand existing Plan Data Warehouse database and its ETL scripts and adapt per changes PY2018 Federal Data Templates by CMS/CCIIO for PY2018 data loading and reporting. The vendor needs to engage in multiple rounds of data refresh as required due to State/ Federal & AHIM mandated data changes. Soon after certification of Plans by CMS/CCIIO, the vendor should be able to churn our various reports and data required by Medicaid and for public consumption. Vendor should be able to independently verify Medicaid Plans as meeting Arkansas DHS requirements. Vendor should be able to provide support for the Plan review function in a timely manner. Vendor also needs to review all necessary Arkansas developed templates and ensure that they change as per requirements or lessons learned from the previous years.
