This will be replacing the current custom CRM environment. The new CRM environment will need to integrate to Oracle EBS R12. RESPONSIBILITIES: Spearhead activities on designing, developing, testing and deployment of custom web CRM solution to replace an existing custom solution as part of larger initiative to implement Oracle ERP for our clients Brazil operation. - Develop detail solution design, project plan, and resources plan to support all development phases for this custom solution. - Provide frequently status updates to management and Brazil implementation team, and escalate issues as required to ensure successful implementation. - Work with technical and documentation writing teams to ensure quality internal and external client-focused documentation. REQUIRED: - 10+ years of professional work experience in web and emerging platforms, ideally in large- scale management of high traffic customer-facing enterprise sites - Experience with Agile, Lean, Extreme or other software lifecycle methodologies - Experience with designing web solutions that spawn across different layers (database, business logic, presentation layer, integration) - Experience with metadata driven application design and development - Experience architecting and developing enterprise level CRM or other solutions - Expertise in one or more industry standard backend programming languages, primarily Java; some .Net exposure also helpful - Experience in enterprise application deployment architectures, environments and concerns (scalability, performance, availability, security, etc.) - Basic scripting skills and knowledge of benchmarks, standards - Installation, configuration, and management of application servers such as WebLogic - Working knowledge of Oracle databases - Working knowledge of database architecture and schema design/evolution; creation and interpretation of ERD/Schema - Working knowledge of distributed messaging and queuing solutions such as JMS - Working knowledge of CI/CD and exposure to Apache Jenkins - Working knowledge of BPM and BPEL solutions - Oracle ERP experience is preferred - Ability to diagrammatically create and interpret complex software workflow, component and system interactions using tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architect, PowerPoint - Experience creating multilingual websites or applications - Expertise with designing, developing and deploying Java-based solutions (JSF, EJB, Servlets)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
