Complete Description: This position will assist the OBIEE expert in implementing FS Reinvestment functionality in the ACES application. He/she will have experience in Java, XML, SQL, TOAD and the Eclipse IDE. ACES is a Java front end, Oracle backend eligibility system. This developer will be a part of a team of state and contracted developers to implement this functionality. A highly structured development process implementing the entire SDLC from detailed BA prepared specs to automated Mercury QTP test tools ensures a well tested final product. The short duration will require the successful candidate to get up to speed quickly in order to be effective. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect, Team Lead and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements. Programmers may schedule nightly jobs and may be responsible for job status monitoring and recovery.
