The Java Developer will work across functional and technical teams to implement the core features such as Header/Footer and Site Navigation, Templates, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Tagging, Styling, Error Pages, and Site Search etc. Responsibilities include design and development of user experience for both frontend and backend components. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of managing Enterprise Content Management solutions with Commerce integrations. Principal Functional Responsibilities Develop, implement and configure web content management solutions using CoreMedia and technologies such as Java, Spring, Freemarker, CSS, Sass, Grunt, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services Integrating CoreMedia Sites with IBM WebSphere Commerce and managing product assets Designing and implementing asset management and associated web interfaces for IBM WebSphere Commerce in a hybrid environment Participate in team development activities following the Agile methodology including Scrum Completing stories within the commitments made for the sprint, including meeting all conditions of satisfaction and definition of done Performing quality assurance reviews and maintaining code, configuration and content issues in a timely manner. Working with Product Owner and ScrumMaster to proactively identify dependencies and options for effective iterative development Requirements Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, or similar (Graduate Degree always is a plus) 5+ years of Java/J2EE in the JCR API and RESTful principles experience 3-5 years of enterprise CMS (ie: CoreMedia, Adobe Experience Manager or SiteCore) development and support experience Thorough technical understanding of different web technologies and e-commerce websites Experience with CMS templates, components, workflows, widgets, localization, DAM, analytics and third-party integration Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Eclipse, Maven, etc. Experience delivering software in Agile/Scrum, including sprint planning, working in sprints, communicating blockers, working with Scrum Master and Product Owner, and active participation in daily stand-ups, customer demos, retrospectives etc. Experience with performance testing, ideally with Apache JMeter, Client Load Runner, Silk Performer or similar, including tuning web applications and designing to accommodate performance requirements Familiarity with continuous integration and automated test execution Familiarity with CMS Authentication Handlers, for example, Microsoft Active Directory, SSO   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
